  8. Step 8 Add the fried onions and stir. Cover with lid and allow to cook in its own steam (dumm) an a low heat for 5-10 minutes. Until all the ingredients have cooked and combined together. It should not be too soft or mushy.
  9. Step 9 Garnish with fresh corriander and green chillis. Serve with fresh fluffy chapattis.
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
