  2. Step 2 Take a wok or pan, add some oil, heat it. Fry bhindi until light brown. Keep aside.
  3. Step 3 Now add rest of the oil in the same utensil, heat it. Add dry red chilli & kalonji seeds, let it splutter.
  4. Step 4 In goes aloo, stir fry it until light brown.
  5. Step 5 Add tomato now, stir fry it for 2 minutes.
  6. Step 6 Now add poppy paste, mix it well. Add sugar, salt & haldi powder, stir fry it for a minute.
  7. Step 7 Cook it covered on low flame until aloo is almost cooked.
  8. Step 8 Open the lid, increase the flame, add fried bhindi, stir fry it for 2 minutes. Do not overcook it. Let the crunch of bhindi be there.
  9. Step 9 Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl. Can be served along with Rice…
