When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds. Then add curry leaves, green chilli paste and ginger paste.

  4. Step 4 Add the fried stuffed bhindi and cook for 10mts more. Serve hot with rice or khichdi
