  1. Step 1 Firstly take 4 medium-sized potatoes, wash them; now cut into shapes as shown in the image below. Again wash them with water 3 to 4 times until you start noticing clear water. Now cover it and leave it as it is, for about half an hour.

Finally sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and give it a final toss.
