  5. Step 5 Now in the same pan add cumin seeds and bay leaf saute well, add ginger and green chillies stir well, add finely chopped onion and saute till light golden.
  6. Step 6 Add finely chopped tomato and salt.stir well and cook covered for a min on medium heat.or until tomato gets soft.
  7. Step 7 Add a dry spices and stir well.add tomato puree and cook until oil comes to the surface.

  9. Step 9 Now add fried bhindis and mix well till they we coated with masala gravy.add little water if required and cook covered for 2-3 mins.
