Steps to make Dahi Bhindi Masala:

After that, wash it with a cloth and dry it completely and cut the stem from both sides with a knife and cut it in the middle and cut it into two pieces. And in a mixer jar add chopped tomato, garlic cloves, green chillies and ginger piece and crush them to make a puree.

After that turn off the gas and leave it for two minutes. After that, add smoothing the curd to it and mix it well and now turn on the gas again and keep stirring.
