  4. Step 4 Heat the oil in the thick bottom pan, add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and jeera. Let it crackle then add hind and bhindi. If any stuffing remains sprinkle that too on top of bhindi
  5. Step 5 Now cover the bhindi with a lid, pour some water on the lid and let the bhindi cook for 4 to 5 mins. Check the bhindi and flip it. Cook it for another 5 to 7 mins till bhindi becomes soft.
  6. Step 6 Serve hot with roti, paratha or dal rice
