  1. Step 1 First of all add curd and water to a bowl and whisk it to make it smooth. Now add mango pulp to it and whisk it again.
  2. Step 2 Hit ghee in a pot. Add cumin and dry red chilli. Now add hing and curry leaves to it and add the prepared yoghurt mixture to it. Now add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, coriander cumin powder and ginger powder to it and mix everything well. Now add jaggery and cook it on low to medium heat stirring frequently so that it does not split. Cook it on medium heat for 15 minutes and turn off the heat.
  3. Step 3 Fajeto tastes delicious served with rice and dry moong dal curry.
  4. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
