  3. Step 3 Rest batter whisk gently for 2-3 minutes and make smooth batter for Pakodas (Fritters)
  4. Step 4 On high flame heat oil in a wok. Make pakore with hand or spoon one by one on medium flame.
  5. Step 5 Deep frying until becomes turned into light golden in colour. Take out in absorbent sheet. Switch off the flame.
  6. Step 6 Immediately all Pakodas soaked in water for 15 minutes.
  7. Step 7 For Gravy or Curry : In mixing bowl add 1 tbsp dal batter and sieve the whisk curd water and turmeric powder. Mix well.
  8. Step 8 On high flame heat ghee in a wok. Add asafoetodia, clove and cumin seeds saute for 30 seconds then it crackled pour curd mixture. On simmer stirred continously until becomes one boiled. Now cook on medium flame for 2 minutes add salt and stirred occasionally.
  9. Step 9 Now drain water from the Pakodas. Squeezed nicely the Pakodas and remove excess water.
  10. Step 10 Add all Pakodas in gravy. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Now add garam masala and coriander leaves. Mangochi is ready to serve. Turn off the flame.
  11. Step 11 Transfer into serving bowl and garnish with red chilli ghee tadka and coriander leaves. Serve wih Roti (chapati), rice, sbji and pickle. Enjoy!
