  1. Step 1 Take about 250g green bhindi and wash them properly than clean them well.Now cut the bhindi into fingers.Now take a 2 potatoes and remove the skin.Cut them into the shape of fries and now take 2 tomato and grate it.
  2. Step 2 Now you can take 2 tbsp of oil and heat it.Once heated add 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds and 1/4 tsp whole Jeera and a pinch of hing.Once it starts to crackle add the potatoes.
  3. Step 3 Now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and 1 tsp Salt.Mix it well and add the bhindi.Now mix it well and cook until they are cooked.Now add 1 tsp of garlic paste.Now mix it and add 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1 1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder and now add the grated tomato and mix it well and cook for 4-5 minutes and if you like you may add sugar according to your taste.
  4. Step 4 Now your Aloo Bhindi Sabzi is ready.Garnish with fresh coriander
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
