  3. Step 3 Grease your palm with oil and made small dumplings. Deep fry it and remove it on an absorbent paper-lined plate.
  4. Step 4 In a broad bottom pan heat oil,add both paste and coriander, saute for while & add cooking,mix well and add all green seeds. Cook for few minutes.
  5. Step 5 Now add 1 cup of water, once it start boiling add broad beans, turn heat on simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Step 6 Then check all vegetables are cooked or not, if needed add little water.
  7. Step 7 Once cooked add turmeric powder, dhanya, jeera powder and lemon juice. Mix well with light hand, cook for 2-3 minutes more, then turn off heat.
  8. Step 8 Then add potatoes, yam and elephant's foot dices, mix well and cook for 2-4 minutes more.
  9. Step 9 Add brinjal and cook for 2-3 minutes. Lastly, add cauliflower florets, add salt,mix well and cook for 4 minutes more.
  10. Step 10 At the time of serving,add muthiya, garnish with coriander and serve hot.
  11. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
