  1. Step 1 For Kadhi.. Add curd and besan, Mix well and add water. Now add crushed ginger garlic chilli salt,Turmeric powder and jaggery,kp aside fr atleast 10 mnts.
  2. Step 2 After resting, prepare tadka. In a small pan add ghee and oil,then add all tadka ingredients,let them crackle well,then add curry leaves. Mix this tadka into a kadhi.
  3. Step 3 Now put the Kadhi vessel on gas. When Kadhi starts thicker add lemon juice.(It helps Kadhi not to get crack or not get lumps) Let it boil till the besan gets well cooked.. This time add fresh coriander and lemon juice, stir continuous.. After 4-5 mnts Kadhi Will be cooked. Switch off the flame.
  4. Step 4 Jira Rice.. Wash n Sock the rice fr 5 mnts. Boil the water add salt n Jira in the water..when it starts boiling,drain the rice water and add to boiling water, When rice gets 90% cooked,add oil n lemon juice. Cook till Rice gets fluffy.. Drain the Extra water and let it cool completely.. Rice is ready..
