  1. Step 1 Mix the curd and besan. Add water. Add salt, sugar and grounded green chillies and ginger. Let it boils on low flame for a while. It will thick. Adjust the consistency.
  2. Step 2 To prepare seasoning, take a pan. Add ghee. Once ghee is hot, add mustard, jeera, Fenugreek, cinnamon, clove and bay leaf. Once it is crackled, add curry leaves.
  3. Step 3 Add asfoitida. Pour it into the kadhi quickly. Mix it well. Sprinkle with some freshly chopped coriander leaves. Adjust the consistency again.
  4. Step 4 Serve hot with Rice.
