  1. Step 1 Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped lady finger and cluster beans to it and saute it until light brown in colour.
  2. Step 2 Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pot and add mustard seeds to it. When it crackles add cumin, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves to it. Now add green chilies and ginger paste to it along with besan and roast it on low heat until light pink in colour. Now add turmeric, salt and red chilli powder to it and mix everything well. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for half a minute.
  3. Step 3 Now add 3 cups of water to it and mix it well so that there are no lumps remaining. Now add fried lady finger and cluster beans to it along which drumsticks and chopped potatoes. Cook on medium heat until everything is done. Now add tamarind pulp to it and cook it for a minute on medium heat. Add coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
  4. Step 4 Serve Sindhi kadhi with plain rice. Sindhi kadhi, plain rice and aloo tuk is the best combination to serve.
